Recently, I have been experimenting more and more with my workwear wardrobe. Owning my own business means that I get to essentially dress however I want. This also means I can wear things I might not have ever worn while working in a classic corporate environment like this outfit. Classic White Button-down

When it comes to classic workwear, you can never get enough white button downs. I love this one from Universal Standard because it is really crisp and the hem is long. It can be worn tucked into trousers for a more traditional corporate outfit or over jeans for a casual look. Because it is not too tight, you can style it in a variety of ways, not as just a top you wear to work.

My corporate ladies: how many black pairs of trousers do you have? I had so many that I recently started getting rid of some and selling them on my Poshmark. There is something that I love about a basic black pant though. Combined with a chic pair of heels (or flats!), and I get a nice little confidence boost in the office. The pants from Universal Standard are so comfortable. They are soft and comfortable which is necessary when you’re wearing these pants all day in the office. Universal Standard also has a great size run, ranging from sizes 00-40. How great is that? I love how inclusive brands are becoming. That is something that myself and my team are working hard at as we launch Corporate Catwalk.

What’s great about Universal Standard is that they have so much more than workwear. While they have great pencil skirts and work appropriate dresses, they also have denim, comfortable yet chic sweaters, and even two really cute pairs of boots.
