The long, dreary days of puffer coats and pleather boots are finally behind us: Spring has filled the air, and our wardrobes are ready for that spring cleaning(you know…a refresh). I have begun clearing out the old, and searching for some new dresses this season. There’s no better time to invest a pretty, practical dress(or two) for the months to come, and this season there are some great options to choose from.
That is why I am so excited to be partnering with Marks & Spencer once again and this time we are talking spring dresses. The last time was over Christmas and Matt was wearing a light-up Bulldog sweater. It was pretty great! Anyway, I wanted to share with you 3 dresses from Marks & Spencer that align with current trends.
Dress #1: Nautical Stripes– I love this trend. Simple stripes in blue on a white dress screams warmer weather. Plus, it’s a shirt dress and it reminds me so much of seersucker. When do you see seersucker suits? Spring time! Love the way this shirt dress fits and it’s so versatile and perfect for many occasions; the park, a party, even church. Here are a couple other nautical striped dresses from M&S as well; Skater Dress and Dipped Hem.
Dress #2: Floral Print– Again, I really like this style. It is such a dramatic yet welcomed shift in print(even color) from our winter selects. The pink and green go so well together and I love the fringe. It gives the dress the perfect amount of texture. So excited to wear this dress to the park on Sundays with the family. I can see myself in these florals here and here.
Dress #3: Corporate White– The power color. At least it’s my power color. I love the opportunity to sprinkle in all white in the spring and summer. Love this dress. It’s simple yet chic. It is perfect for the office. Pair it with the perfect bag, like this black and white tote that is also from Marks & Spencer. Love the different patterns of stripes. It looks really cool. These two, here and here, are some good white dress options as well.
