I Changed my Hair…Again!

Over the past few years, I’ve been working on getting my hair back to healthy long locks. Since 2012, I’ve been putting color, highlights and LOTS of heat on my hair. It has taken a huge toll. So, I’ve decided to give my hair a much needed break from excessive color treatments. I’ve also been trying to put use less heat, while using more masks and going to the salon on a more regular basis for trims.

Now that my hair is back to being healthy and shiny, I’ve wanted to add some cool blonde highlights to give my hair some dimension. I wanted it subtle but bright enough to pick up the highlights immediately. So excited to have color in my hair and it having been done in right way — thank you, Patrick!

Too often the color you want actually changes to a different color or the highlights are too subtle or too bold. I always use some type of shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair.

The change is subtle, yet complimenting to my skin tone and face shape. I love getting highlights around my face, it brightens up my face, which is much needed during the colder months.  No complaints this time. Absolutely love Nexxus salon in Tribeca. Patrick Kyle is truly the brunette whisper. Like always, impressed with his work.
