Today, I’m excited to finally share two looks from our trip to Florida. While visiting Clearwater and Sarasota, I wore several pieces from the H Halston collection. Some of you may be familiar with their brand, you can find them at Lord & Taylor, Dillard’s, and Hudson’s Bay in Canada. Their pieces are modern and appropriate regardless if you are at your desk or out for drink and make for the ideal brand for the working woman. They have stayed true to their historic Halston design DNA. Roy Halston is credited with being the first true American designer to make it global!! That’s a really big deal when you consider the path he paved for all the world renowned American designers of our time.

The collection is constantly evolving and operates on a fast-fashion delivery cadence. You know how difficult it can sometimes be to find the latest looks, because brands can tend to leave their previous season’s pieces out to get them sold. You don’t have to worry about that, as you will likely always have something new to shop at the stores. You also check out H by Halston at QVC. While they have amazing clothing, they also have handbags footwear and small leather goods. Luxury yet approachable with a modern edge that creates an effortless women’s collection.

The first look I wore the first day in Clearwater. We walked to brunch and explored the city a little bit. I wore the white off-the-shoulder top is a staple piece for summer and can be worn several ways. The ruffles bring in a feminine flare, and it looks great with pants or a skirt! What so great about this top, is that it’s currently on sale and comes in three other colors. I’m wearing an XS and I’ve paired the top with these these wide-leg trousers. The trousers are a great addition to your wardrobe because they can be dressed up for the office, or dressed down for a more casual look. The leather wedge sandal looked great with this look, especially since I’m on the petite size. I love wearing culottes, but with my height, I always wear them with heels.

While in Sarasota, I wore this hi-lo dress to breakfast with Matt and Sebastian.  On this particular morning, I wore the dress with sneaker espadrilles and a lightweight jacket over the dress for a more casual look. This dress can be worn casual or dressed up with neutral heels, making it a great piece for your next getaway.
