My Other Love
A few weeks ago, Batman and I had the pleasure of working with the Ellen Tracy team on their recent campaign #myotherlove. There are so many things that define a person. It’s definitely more than just a job, hobby, style, etc. Each of us have our own passions, desires, goals in life. The Ellen Tracy campaign is providing a platform to share what is most important to each of us. Spending time with those closest to you is so important to most all of us and Ellen Tracy is showcasing that in this campaign. Everyday can be a new adventure, a new hurdle, and it’s up to us to make the most of it with the things and the people we care most about!
When it comes to #myotherloves, I’m thankful to have so many in my life! What truly puts a smile on my face every morning is waking up to Matt, Batman and Pfeiffer. Everyday there’s something different for us to experience as a family and we’re blessed to be adding a baby in December. But as much as I love spending time with family, it’s also important for me to escape and let my Sagittarius characteristics get their freedom. On the days when I’m not with family, you can find me gardening on the balcony, trying New York City’s latest fitness class or enjoying coffee with one of my girlfriends.
What are some of your #myotherloves?
The Ellen Tracy collection can be found at some of your favorite retailers like Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor and Dillards. The collection includes pieces for the everyday working woman, from a weekend denim dress to professional workwear dress. As part of the collaboration with Ellen Tracy, I put together a few of my favorite looks to include on Corporate Catwalk.
The first photo with Batman in the lime green drawstring can be found here in cobalt blue. The dress is lightweight and great to throw on during a hot summer day! I styled it with a vibrant bib necklace. One of my favorite pieces is the white cotton shirtdress. There’s just enough stretch in the dress to make it comfortable for a warm summer day. The dress is available in black and blue and currently 40% off!
Now that I’m pregnant, I have a new appreciation for wrap dresses, especially when it’s 90 degrees outside. The watercolor print dress is a piece that can be transitioned from summer to fall. You could also wear a button down shirt under the dress for an added layer in colder weather. As someone who loves to get the most out of my wardrobe, I love the concept of “1 piece, worn 3 ways”. The denim dress is such a versatile piece. It is casual enough to wear to a picnic, but can be dressed up to wear to work. Perfect for a busy working woman! Hope you enjoy the rest of the Ellen Tracy collection!
