What to Wear to Work | Gingham Dress
Friday marks my four year anniversary of blogging. Originally Neon Stripes, Corporate Catwalk is now a .com! You might also notice the layout is a little different, but hopefully this will help my readers better navigate the site and see more of their favorite posts. Over the next several months, I’m going to continue to make small improvements and updates to my blog, social media and coming soon — a weekly newsletter!
I’d also like to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of the Corporate Catwalk journey. More changes coming in the future and can’t wait to share everything with you all!
As we move into warmer months, I’m starting to wear more gingham. It’s office appropriate pattern and coincides with the famous Men’s J.Crew gingham shirt. The dress I’m wearing is from Brooks Brothers and I went up a size because the make and material. The dress is fully lined and I find with these types of dresses I’m more comfortable when I go up a size. By adding the belt I gave myself a more synched waistline.
After two plus years, I finally retired my Fendi 2Jours and replaced it with this Coach Mercer Satchel. The satchel is part of the Spring Collection and comes in several colors — navy, chalk, fog and carmine. The bag has a front pocket for easy access to your phone and other goodies. It also has three-compartments for the “carry-all” women. The middle compartment has a zipper to hold your wallet and other valuables. The detachable strap makes it practical and stylish for you to easily transition from day to night.

Congratulations on four years, Olivia! Love the new lay-out.
I’ve been following you for a couple years or so. As a fellow petite I enjoy seeing what other petite women are wearing and what works on our body type.
I love navy/white gingham as well. I just picked up the gingham shorts at Club Monaco.
