Happy Memorial Day! If you haven’t had the chance to take a look at my Memorial Day sales post, click here for some of my favorite sales happing today.
With so many of us working from home for the foreseeable future, I wanted to share with you my work from home set-up. It took me a few months to get everything in place to maximize my space, but it’s slowly coming along. My biggest tip for anyone working from home is to have a place you feel happy and excited to sit down everyday. That’s how I feel about this space. I love the artwork, all my little gadgets and the overall functionality of the space.
The space is very compact, but I don’t do a ton of writing throughout the day so I filled the space with organizers. The tray really helps to minimize the clutter on top of my desk. It’s amazing how many pieces of paper, sticky notes, etc can accumulate on your desk if you’re not careful. Now, the trick moving forward is to try and keep my desk organized, including the organizers on my desk.
Desk + Artwork
My desk is a few years old, but has always been a favorite piece in my office. I love the size for the space, along with the color and brass hardware. The drawers are the perfect size for storing pens, paper and other office supplies. The chair is from our old dining room table set. I’m planning to replace it with this chair.
As much as you all love the desk, the artwork is the most frequently asked about from readers. The abstract art is sold out, but you can find a similar style here. The artwork of the woman is from the Josh Young Design House. Check out the entire collection of art, it’s gorgeous. I’m thinking about getting a few more pieces to fill our home. The art didn’t come with a frame, this is a temporary frame from IKEA. Using it till I find one I really love.
If you’re looking for a journal to help you kickstart your day, highly recommend The Five-Minute Journal. An excellent way to start and end your workday.

Hope you all enjoyed the post! With so many of you also working from home, I hope this provides some inspiration in building the perfect space for you. As requested, I will be sharing more as I continue to finish the workspace.
Thank you all for following along!
