During a time of pandemic and so many other uncertainties, you probably find yourself aimlessly scrolling through Instagram or even TikTok to make the hours go by. It’s completely understandable, I find myself in the same boat sometimes, but there are so many days I force myself to step put down my phone and focus on some of my top priorities for the day.
