As the weather changes in New York, I am getting so ready for fall. Stores have started putting out their fall decorations and the weather in NYC this past week was just perfect. I can tell it’s getting to be that time of the year again! Going from sandals to boots is something that I look forward to every fall. One of my favorite things about fall is all the layers I get to wear. Layering is such a chic way to dress up any outfit or rewear pieces that you might have gotten sick of on their own. Tops

One of my favorite styles to wear to work is a bubble sleeve. I love this gray sweater from Walmart Fashion. It is super chic and is the perfect top for work! Pair it with paper-bag waist pants and and a tan trench and you have a classic fall look. Also, I’ve been loving polka dots! They’re the perfect pattern to transition your wardrobe from summer to fall.

Bottoms

Silk midi skirts are such a great transition piece. I’ve been wearing mine with camis for the summer but will be transitioning to chunky sweaters for the fall weather. Buying clothes that are versatile across seasons is something that I value and highly recommend!

Dresses

These dresses from Walmart are great for the end of summer. The weather in September can always be so iffy, it is hot one day and cold the next! Dresses are great to wear when the weather is being funny.

Shoes

Walmart fashion has such cute shoes! I love these yellow ones. They are great for commuting or for in office!
