Now that November is here, signs of the holiday season are all around us. Of course, you see decorations for sale in stores well before Halloween is over but now I’m starting to see the city I love getting ready for this magical time of year. Slowly but surely invites from family and friends are starting to arrive for various events and parties. It’s a time to reflect, give back, and cherish the ones you love. While things can get quite busy this time of year, it’s by far one of my favorites. I love how everyone takes the time to come together and celebrate throughout the rest of the year. Another fun aspect of all of these events is the holiday fashion. I’m partnering with one of my favorite brands, Kendra Scott to show you how to add some sparkle to your holiday season.

Bold Earrings

In these pictures, I’m wearing bold earrings that really pop against my black dress. These earrings are part of Kendra Scott’s Winter Collection. The crystals appear to be almost floating and create this beautiful effect when the light hits them. Going with bold earrings is also a great option if you have a tricky neckline or one you don’t want to detract from with a necklace. You can wear your hair up or down to control how much of the earrings you showcase. Depending on the setting and style, sometimes I love to go with the peekaboo effect of wearing my hair down.

Statement Necklaces

Statement necklaces are a classic go to for a adding sparkle to an outfit. It’s also a good way to add something extra to a little black dress. Kendra Scott is one of those brands that know how to do statement necklaces right. Be prepared for the inevitable “Where did you get that?” because you’ll get that quite a bit. Not all sparkle needs to be big and bold. Some of my favorite pieces are more subtle and delicate. There are ways to incorporate these beautiful holiday pieces into more casual events or your everyday looks.
