6 Things I Always Get

Beauty Blender

This is one of the best beauty tools on the market. It makes it effortless to apply my foundation and concealer. The best way to clean your beauty blender is to get a bar of soap and lightly rub the beauty blender against the soap. I’ve been cleaning my blenders on a daily basis and it has given me a better result with my makeup.

Laura Mercier Translucent Powder

I first tried this back in December and have been using it ever since. It keeps my make up in place all day long and is great for normal to oily skin. The best way to use the powder is to apply it with the beauty blender.

Kat Von D Waterproof Eyeliner

This another one I’ve been using since December. I’ve used the original formula for years and love it for creating the perfect winged eyeliner. This one helps that look last all day long. Several people have asked me if this dries out easily, with all my liquid eye liners, I think this one lasts the longest.

Makeup Forever Foundation Stick

This has been a long time favorite with great coverage. I can apply it quickly and be out the door. The foundation is full coverage, which is great for me because I like to cover up my freckles. I should also mention that my skin is dry, so the foundation sits into the skin. A few other people with oily skin said that they feel like the foundation sits on their skin. I’d highly recommend the stick, but read about it first and make sure it works for your skin type.

Bobbi Brown Artstick

This has become as close to my signature look as it gets. I wear the color sunset orange and always get a ton of compliments. I love the application and it comes with a sharpener. A few things to note, it is a creamy formula, so it does come off when drinking or giving kisses.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil

This isn’t new, but I’ve been missing this oil. The Luna Oil is one of my favorite products from the Sunday Riley collection. For years I’ve been using products from Sunday Riley, but this one, in particular, is #1 in my book. As for the formula, it makes my skin feel and look amazing after using. I highly recommend you add it to your nightly beauty routine.

Hair Must-Haves

Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt

After the summer your hair has taken on a lot of damage. This purifying scrub will give you a much-needed detox. It hits the reset button leaving you feeling refreshed and extra clean. The day we returned from Bermuda I used this shampoo to get rid of all the dirt in my hair from our trip. The texture is thick, so you have to be careful when using the shampoo. I’d recommend using a little bit at a time. It’s important to get it into your scalp and scrub away all that dirt and grime.

Living Proof No-Frizz Instant De-Frizzer

Everyone struggles with frizz and this product has proven itself to work in that department! I’ve been traveling with the de-frizzer on all my recent trips. It smoothes hair while adding shine. It also provides UV protection as an added bonus for those of us soaking up the sun while we still can. It’s something that I can use on my hair anytime to give it a little lift.

GHD Curve 1″ Classic Curl Iron

I’ve been using this for two years and it’s definitely worth the investment. It’s super easy to use and adds the perfect amount of heat to your hair, without burning or damaging. It also has a safety feature where it shuts off after 30 minutes of nonuse. You can check out my review on my other curling irons here.

Moroccanoil Treatment

This could be one of my top hair products. I’ve used it for years. There are a ton of great oils on the market, but this one is a personal favorite. It leaves my hair silky and smooth, plus the scent is incredible!

Dr. Brandt Skincare Magnetight Age-Defier Mask

I use this mask every couple of weeks to add moisture back into my skin. On days like today where I wash my face several times, my skin can feel really dry. This mask makes my skin feel hydrated and healthy again.

Skincare Favorites

BIOSSANCE Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil

If you love a hint of rose you’ll love this product. It’ll brighten up your skin and leave it moisturized. It’s hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic. This might be getting added to my cart before the sale ends. You can read my full review here.

Sunday Riley Good Genes

As you probably know, I love Sunday Riley’s products. This is an all-in-one lactic acid treatment. It always leaves my skin feeling smoother and glowing. Please don’t forget to use sunscreen when using this product during the day. I’d recommend using it before going to bed. You can read more about it here.

First Aid Beauty 5 in 1 Face Cream SPF 30

LOOOOOVE this cream. My skin is incredibly dry, so this face cream is a lifesaver when my skin feels dull. The cream is heavier than your normal daily moisturizer, but if you let it sit before applying makeup, it’s the perfect cream to add to your daily skincare routine. I wrote more about it here

Erborian CC Crème

If you like CC Creams, try this one. I love that this comes in two shades but it really preps your skin for your make up. It’s so lightweight and applies beautifully. It has SPF 25 for added protection. I’ll be sharing a before and after on this product because it’s a miracle worker!

Kiehl’s Since 1851 Youth Dose Eye Treatment

If those eyes look familiar for a reason it’s because they’re mine! I was so excited to be a part of the launch of this product. It has a silky texture and gives you an extra pop of brightness under the eye. Ahhhh, I think everyone should own this, basically because my eyes are on the Sephora page. 🙂

You Need To Try These

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter

This highlighter comes in multiple shades so you can really customize the effect you’re going for. It’s also buildable so you can decide how dramatic you want it to be. I love how easy it goes on.

Bobbi Brown Soothing Cleansing Oil

When I’m wearing waterproof or long-wear make up this is how I remove it. It gently and effectively removes it so that my skincare products can get to work and be effective.

First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Bendy Avocado Concealer

This is a new product, but I love the creamy texture of the concealer. It also covers without the thickness of most concealers. It’s hydrating and offers buildable coverage.

Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray

I use this when it’s going to be a long day at work. It’s always the last thing I put on my face before leaving for the day. This is something I should probably travel with.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade

This is something else I’ll be picking up from Sephora. My dipbrow dried out, so it’s the perfect time to pick up a new color. I’m also going for a lighter shade due to some changes in my hair color over the last few months.

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Contour Duo – Medium/Dark

The palette is now sold out, but if you can get your hands on it, it’s worth the purchase. I love the warm colors for contouring and highlighting your skin. It’s the perfect amount of peach to warm up your face.

What I plan on Getting

Becca Sunlit Bronzer

It comes in multiple shades and is buildable. While on a recent shoot, the makeup artist used this on me and I love the color on my skin. Becca products have some of the best pigmentation on the market!

SK-II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion Toner

I’ve been seeing other people talk about this toner for a while, I think it’s time to get my hands on it and test it out. I use the Coconut Rose toner by Kopari. I like the toner because it’s lightweight and smells good, but I think this one might be better for my skin.

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation  – Natural Beige

For this Sephora sale, I’ll be picking up several foundations. I’ve been using the same foundation for a while and I wanted to mix a few other in my routine.

I picked up the Too Faced foundation on Sunday. After using it for a few days I have a better understanding of how it works with my skin. What I love most about the foundation is that you can create more coverage by slowly adding more foundation to certain areas.

Finding the perfect color was the tricky part. The Sephora reps were busy when I went in to buy it, so I just grabbed a bunch and started swatching the colors on my jawbone. I will say, be sure to test out a few colors before settling on a final shade. Walk around the store and make sure the color works for your skin after it dries.

TOO FACED Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer – Golden Beige

I’ll write a full review on the concealer but I love the coverage. It’s thicker than most concealers, but gives it you a beautiful dewy finish! LOVE it!

Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation

This is another foundation that has received so much coverage [:) love that I just used a pun #neverhappens] the past few months. The foundation has a matte finish with medium coverage that should keep you going for up to 24 hours.

Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation

This is another foundation I picked up over the weekend. I only had the patience to color swatch a few foundations. I’ll be going back for the Lancome foundation! I haven’t had a chance to use this foundation, but it gives you a natural finish with medium coverage.

Fenty Beauty By Rihanna Match Stix Matte Skinstick – Latte

This is one foundation I’ve already picked up and plan on using it as a contour stick. I got the color Latte. It’s really warm, so hoping it doesn’t leave my skin looking too orange. I typically use a cooler tone contour color when doing my makeup.

What are you going to buy during the Sephora sale?
