Recently I added a few beauty favorites to my nighttime routine. So far I’m really enjoying them and the way my skin feels when I wake up in the morning. There’s no better feeling than soft nourished healthy skin. With warmer weather approaching, I know I’ll be spending more time in the sun so it’s important to take care of my skin as much as possible.
When it comes to beauty products, oils are essential in my skincare routine. For over a year, I’ve used Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil. The oil left my skin feeling bright and refreshed. I’ve always loved Kiehl’s products. So I decided to add the Midnight Recovery Concentrate to my nighttime routine. Even though it’s an oil, it’s good for all skin types. It helps hydrate skin with a mix of essential oils including primrose, lavender, and squalene. Just remember a little goes a long way and to lightly pat it onto your skin.
The avocado obsession is very real. Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado is another addition to my nighttime routine. It’s soothing and ultra rich. The texture feels perfect at the end of a long day on tired eyes. It contains amino acid proteins, vitamin A, D, E, and potassium. This is another product you don’t need to use a lot of to see the benefits. The undereye is very delicate so remember to pat during application instead of pulling.
Dermalogica is always working towards improving your skin. Sound Sleep Cocoon Transformative Night Gel-Cream is one of their new products. Its ingredient list sounds like an exotic travel brochure with Persian silk tree extract and Australian kakadu plum extract. These all work together to fight signs of fatigue and improve skin tone. It also incorporates elements of aromatherapy to help you get a more restful night of sleep too. I love the amount of detail put into this product.
All of these products have been great additions to my nighttime routine. Have you recently added anything to your routine? I’d love to hear about your favorites. Be sure to check out my recent post on my March Beauty Favorites.
