Wardrobe Essentials With robin b.

I am a firm believer in having core pieces in your wardrobe that have the ability to last season to season. You know those times where you just got a new statement blouse or trousers and you don’t have the necessary pieces to complete the look? We all have that issue from time to time. Being able to fill in those gaps with style and still be price conscious can be difficult. Let me introduce you to robin b.

If you are unfamiliar with robin b, don’t worry, I’ll fill you in. It’s a brand that was started by women for women. They maintain a clear focus on providing us luxurious, classic garments that are affordable and provide the foundation that our wardrobe so desperately needs. Robin b. has everything covered from denim, tops, trousers, jewelry, accessories and more.

When I was still in corporate America, one of the ways I was able to put together outfits well ahead of time, was by making sure I had all my staple pieces in order. It is  not always the flashy or super detailed piece that makes an outfit. If you aren’t dressing the part or have an outfit that isn’t put together well, it doesn’t accomplish what we set out for. When you find a brand that has your style and offers a selection that allows you to cover the important staple items, stick with them. I was so glad to have found and be partnering with robin b., because they give you a one stop shop for the pieces that allow you the flexibility to create within your wardrobe. Plus, having access to luxury items at non-luxury prices is something that is oftentimes promoted but rarely do they turn out as advertised. Robin B. is that exception.

As you know, I love black in my wardrobe. Everyone probably knows that New Yorkers tend to love wearing black in all seasons. Me as well. There is something about slipping on a crisp, well-made black blazer or skirt that just makes you feel good and confident. Throughout the year, I will pick up different pieces dependent on the season to mix and match with my staple black pieces. White is typically my undergarment go-to color. Whether it’s a cami, oxford or blouse, I always know they can be paired with my staple pieces and I don’t have to worry about not being able to put together an outfit. Choose wisely and you will have great pieces to choose from all year long.

xo, Olivia
