One of my favorite brands is Brahmin. Some of you might remember seeing some of their pieces on the blog before here and here. Brahmin was also my go-to bag for an event filled day during Fashion Week. They’re a Massachusetts based company that shares my belief that sometimes “the handbag is the outfit.” The right handbag can completely transform a look or act as the piece that brings it all together. Brahmin is style and substance. They routinely give back to the community by supporting a number of charities. Now that is something I can get behind.

One of my favorites is the Lane Melbourne Crossbody. Isn’t it darling? It’s a leather bag that comes in an unexpected round shape that gives it this great vintage feel. The bag is large enough to carry all of your essentials. The removable shoulder strap makes it versatile and a great piece to have in your closet. I really liked the Marquis for a fun pop of pink to brighten up a chilly day.
