What to Wear to Work | Falling for Colors
To kick-off the work week, I wanted to share ideas around adding color and detail to your workwear outfits. Color is good, ladies! It is 100% appropriate to wear bright colors and detailed pieces to the office. Just no neon. You don’t always need to wear plain colors (not that it is bad) and it’s certainly not mandatory to stick with the black and white palate.
The outfit I am wearing here absolutely makes a statement with the vibrant colors and detailed pattern. It’s classy with a bright touch of personality and style. This skirt is perfect for the summer and will pair nicely with any of your classic white or light blue tops. Looks particularly good with button-ups, glasses, and solid colored heels. Don’t shy away from color and have fun with your skirts particularly in the warmer months. Would love to hear how you are incorporating color and details into your workwear. Have a great Monday!!
The pieces I’m wearing in today’s post are courtesy of Talbots and their new collection.

Marvelous skirt and of course noting better than a crisp white shirt to finish the look.
I love the outfit (again!) and it brings so much summer into the office. I will definitely pin it 🙂
