With summer upon us, I’ve been looking for dresses that I can wear while on vacation and out in the city. This is one of the looks I brought with me to Cape Cod a few weeks ago, but it was little too cold for me to wear on my trip. The fitted dress is typically not something that I wear, specially a dress with a low-cut back. Despite it not being my typical dress, I threw it in my bag and tried it on with a few different jackets. I love the idea of wearing this dress with a denim jacket around my waist, but with my height and body type it makes me look a little bulky. Instead  of wearing it around my waist, I wore it with a cropped denim jacket and wedges. It’s a comfortable look that I’ll be able to throw on to grab a casual bite in the city, or I can pack it up on my next weekend trip. The classic denim jacket is a staple piece to have in your closet for the summer. You can wear them with dresses, white denim and anything with stripes.
