Finding outfit inspiration for work can sometimes seem impossible…especially in your own closet. Black trousers and a black blouse is the path of least resistance. However with a little planning and help from Pinterest, you can create a work wardrobe that is professional and stylish. When I’m out shopping, I force myself to jump on Pinterest and look for outfit inspiration. For example, before I purchased this white vest from Zara I did a Pinterest search for “white vest” and got a ton of outfit ideas. This gave me a few ideas on how to wear the vest to work and after hours.

This particular outfit was inspired by the dress. I’d been eyeing the dress for a few weeks and I couldn’t make myself pull the trigger. Finally, during the Shopbop sale I made the purchased. I told myself if the dress didn’t look good I could always return it (well the dress fit and now I want it in cream and black!). I’ve seen so many women wear these fitted dresses and they look gorgeous. It’s a little outside my comfort zone to wear by itself, but the white vest was the perfect length and style to wear with the blush pink dress.  The look is office appropriate, but can also be worn to any upcoming event. The look requires minimal effort and is ultra chic. Imagine wearing this look to a graduation party, birthday party or your next brunch.
