Twisted Halo Braid Tutorial
Part 1
- Take a triangular section near side part
- Divide hair into two sections and bring front section over back section
- Continue to bring one section over the other, while pulling in small pieces of hair
- At lower part of the ear, start twisting two sections of hair without pulling in other hair
- Secure with a small clear elastic (found here)
Part 2
- Leave braid to the side, use a soft bristle brush to keep hair in one direction
- Bring the braid across to the lower part of my right ear
Part 3
- Secure braid with 4-5 bobby pins
- Using 1-2 other bobby pins secure braid in back of head
Spring showers bring frizzy hair! During this time of the year, I’m always looking for ways to pull back my hair without a traditional ponytail. Here’s an easy hair tutorial that you can wear from your 9-5 or on the weekend. It looks polished and chic, especially when it’s raining outside. Last year I did a similar tutorial with my hair pulled back in a bun.
