When getting ready, I always do my hair first. For my favorite summer look, I curled my hair with a curling wand and brushed out the tight curls with the Sleek + Shine Finishing Brush. The loose curls are great for the summer.

In these photos I’ve applied my foundation and powder to my face. I’m now using the rounded brush to apply blush to my cheekbones in an upward motion.

For those who viewed the previous EcoTool post, you’ll noticed I updated a few things in my bedroom. Oh yes, I also an updated hair color! As you can see the color is more evenly distributed and my hair looks healthier. I went to Marie Robinson and got my hair done by Maggie. She’s an excellent colorist!

Next I’m applying a base coat of peach eye shadow with the rounded brush all over my eyelid.

This Kat Von D is my favorite color palette, lot so rich and pigmented eye shadow, especially for the price! After applying a peach color all over my lip, I apply a darker color to the corner of my lids. I’m using the pointed smudge brush to apply the darker color.

Then I apply my lip color with the lip liner brush and use the concealer brush to outline my lips for the perfect shaped lips. I typically use the Angled Kabuki Brush to add a warmth all over my face.
